BOOKING GUARANTEES AND ADVANCE PAYMENTS FOR GROUPS (CYCLING, WEDDINGS, CONFERENCES, ANNIVERSARIES)
All firm bookings, as well as payments made before guest arrival, are underwritten with a guarantee (number 0182-4900-987/1432432 ) from the BBVA in accordance with the following terms:
a) The contracted firm booking complies
b) In the unlikely event that for any reason the booking is unable to be fulfilled as
contracted, guests may choose alternative accommodation with the same
characteristics or be refunded the full amount paid plus 30% extra as compensation
c) If guests cancel the booking, they will be refunded 85% of the total amount paid, as
long as the same booking is made again by other guests; if not, we are sorry to inform
you that guests will not receive any refund
d) Guests may view our booking site www.villaspetramallorca.com at any time and check
on the status of the cancelled booking
e) All refund payments will be made immediately
