“Pa amb oli” is very typical at the Mallorcan cuisine. It is prepared with brown bread, tomato scrubbed on bread, salt and olive oil.
Normally it is accompanied with different cold meat on the bread.
Next Saturday 4th of June from 20pm onwards the first “Pa amb Oli” Fair will take place in Montuïri village. Montuïri is a village very close to our Villas so we recommend go there and enjoy!
